Elle Spa Grand Opening at the Eden Roc

You have to check out the new Elle Spa at the Eden Roc Renaissance. Why? Well, first of all because it’s open now. Second, because it’s awesome. Okay mostly because it’s awesome. The Elle Spa has everything you could want in a spa and more, and it’s located in one of the coolest hotels on Miami Beach. We were there for the grand opening a few weeks ago, along with a slew of red carpet celebrities, and wanted to share this video of the brand new spa and the awesome party that the Eden Roc put on. Check out the video, then go check out the spa!

Sunsets + Jugglers + Fireworks

It’s easy to get excited about filming a wedding in the Florida Keys with a sunset backdrop and fire jugglers and junkanoo performers and fireworks over the ocean. What’s even more exciting is when the couple is genuinely rediscovering true love through each other. For us, a visually-stunning wedding is nothing without a story of heart and soul.

Rhett and Nicole started their day at the luxurious Cheeca Lodge and Spa in Islamorada. From there they each took boat rides separately from the Cheeca Lodge and Spa† around the island of Islamorada to Pierre’s for an ocean-side wedding ceremony. After a beautiful wedding the couple and their guests enjoyed an amazing sunset reception with incredible food and entertainment.

We’ve been so excited to share Rhett and Nicole’s wedding highlights video, but we had to wait until after it premiered at their 2nd wedding reception back in Ohio. Well, without further adieu, here is their wedding highlights video. Enjoy!

Grove Isle | Venue Spotlight

For today’s Venue Spotlight we are highlighting one of my favorites…..Grove Isle.  This venue has so many great places for amazing photography.  You just can’t go wrong.

From inside the hotel, to the ballroom, to the canopy covered outdoor deck that looks out onto the ocean, it’s all fantastic.  And what is really even better is the fantastic staff.  Christian Sarquis and his staff (and excellent chef) make the wedding experience so amazing.  I would love to be a bride here.

Don’t forget to check out the JCG Events blog for a wedding planners perspective.

This beautiful deck is actually quite large and can seat a good size wedding for a sit down dinner.  The white canopy comes alive when lights are brought in as well.   See it decorated for a more intimate Grove Isle wedding here and here.

This outdoor space is BEAUTIFUL for outdoor weddings.

This bar and seating area is often used for cocktail hours and has quite a bit of room.

What an amazing view!

And of course this post wouldn’t be complete without an amazing video.
