Dan & Karrie | The Details

Ok, so as promised, here are the amazing details. Fuchsia and black do make an amazing combination.

Bliss Events and Janelle from Exclusive Events did a great job bringing Karrie’s vision to life!

So, this dress seriously stole the show!  Isn’t it amazing?  Karrie sent me a picture of it months ago, and I’ve been giddy ever since!

The beautiful flowers were done by Boise At It’s Best floral.  And they were amazing!

I thought these little crystals really made the centerpiece perfect.

Dan + Karrie | Stueckle Sky Center

You can control a lot of things. You can plan almost everything.

But, you can’t control the weather. In fact, sometimes the weather controls you. Like when May 15th it is a beautiful “almost-summer” day at 84 degrees. And then 1 week later, on your wedding day….it is snowing. Yes, that’s right. Craziness!

But Karrie handled it beautifully. She went with the flow. She looked stunning. And when Karrie and Dan got married, they were happy. And the weather just didn’t matter.

So there weather! In the grand scheme of things, you just don’t matter. Because whatever you throw at us, you can’t stop the beautiful moments of life. They just keep happening. Isn’t that great?

Dan and Karrie, thank you for being you, for being so poised, for having so much fun, and for hanging out with us on your wedding day! Your wedding day broke wedding records and will not be forgotten!

Now if you love details….stay tuned.  Those are coming next!

Doug & Jill | Engaged

When I hear stories like Doug and Jill’s, it always strikes me as how amazing life is, at how well its all woven together, and when we look back we realize that life had a plan all along.

Doug and Jill met YEARS ago. She hired him to teach. And for years they pretty much just saw each other once a year when he came to teach her people. Until it changed. And suddenly Doug was flying down to Boise alot more than once per year. The Boise airport should have his picture on the wall just for being there so much.:)Their first date was at Angels, in the heart of Boise, so it was fitting that we return there for a fun engagement session.
