BLESSED

It seems that every day of this last month has been hectic, and hard, and disorganized in some way or another. However, at the same time, everyday I have had some moment where I looked around and realized, I am SO BLESSED!”

It’s been such a great revelation to me that things can be hard and still perfect at the same time. Sometimes this amazing gratitude is so overwhelming it brings tears. Of course I tend to be rather emotional so take that for what it is

I thought, on this day of Thanksgiving, I would share some of those moments that I am so thankful for and that have reminded me over and over again that I am SO BLESSED.

-A walk around the neighborhood with my babies prancing beside me because they are so happy!

-A glass of wine at the end of the day while standing on my balcony taking in the city lights.

-Sleeping in one morning and cuddling as our bedroom is bathed in sunlight.

-Laying out by the pool next to my best friend in the beautiful sunshine.

-Snuggling with Sam in my arms like a little baby. This is our special time

-Going to bed on my birthday with Birthday wishes from more than 75 friends from around the world! This made my day!!!

- Having dinner with new friends in Miami only 2 weeks after moving! A little less lonely.

-Working out in our gym that is only 7 floors down! It’s so much easier to make ourselves go.

-Thank goodness for SKYPE!!! Group phone calls with my parents and siblings every Sunday night.

-Brand new down pillows all over my bed to sink into at night.

-A new season of GLEE. Yes, I am one of those.

-Simply amazing clients who have been so supportive, and above all, extremely patient as we moved cross country and couldn’t get any work done for over a month.

-The guys at the concierge desk in the lobby of our building who always say good mooring and remind me to do the same.

-The small stool for the shower so I am no longer almost killing myself to shave my legs.

-The amazing realization that I have the best husband, the best home, the best view, the best doggy children, the best job, the best life ever!!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Patrick + Chelsea | Wedding Highlights

We couldn’t have been happier that Patrick and Chelsea’s wedding was one of the last we filmed before relocating to Miami, Florida. Both of them are just the nicest people and they are so into each other and had such a beautiful wedding day. It was our pleasure to be a part of it.

Patrick is a huge U of I Vandals fan and had the socks to prove it. One of my favorite shots of the wedding day was the shot of his socks. I also loved during their first meet when Chelsea chose to pinch Patrick’s butt instead of doing the usual tap on the shoulder. It was all her idea, because it’s something she does to Patrick all the time. How appropriate!

We also had the cottonwood trees in full pollination that day, which was a challenge on the sinuses but made for some spectacular shots. Enjoy!

Kevin + Sarah | CW Moore Penthouse

Our last wedding in Idaho (as Idahoans) could not be on a more perfect fall day. The sun was warm, the light golden, the leaves were falling from the trees, and the bride and groom were in love and having fun!

When we first met Kevin and Sarah, we thought we were unavailable for their wedding due to a trip out of town. It was really disappointing because we just clicked so well and knew that their wedding would be incredibly fun. Fortunately fate intervened and we were able to change our plans and fly back in time to participate in this wonderful celebration!

What’s so great about Kevin and Sarah is they have an amazing story. They have been friends for so long. They’ve been there when they married other people, when they both had 2 boys just around the same age, and when fate brought them back together again. This time as more than friends.

And now when they are together, all you can see is the love in their eyes, and the pure happiness radiating out to everyone around them. Enjoy these images of their fabulous day!!
